Returns & Refunds

You can return an item (with tags still attached) within 14 days of receiving your order.  Just follow these steps below:

1) Email us at help@aussiesolesonline.co.uk to request a free return label

2) Please let us know why you are making the return in your email

3) Check your Inbox, print the label and attach it to a box containing the item. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours please check your Spam/Junk mailbox - we aim to respond within hours. 

4) Post it from the same country to which we delivered (otherwise it's not free).

5) We will confirm receipt and that your Return is processed.

6) Wait up to 5 days - sorry but the banks sometimes need this amount of time.

If you would like to exchange your flip flops for a different size, we will send you a new pair free of postage charge as soon as we process your return. We  provide only one free exchange/return per order. 

If you want to exchange for a different colour please be prepared to pay the cost of postage.

Some rules:  We pay shipping costs for faulty items only.  For everything else, we refund the value of the item (not the original postage).  Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Our footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
