Returns & Refunds

You can return an item (with tags still attached) within 14 days of receiving your order.  Just follow the 6 steps below:

1) Email us at help@aussiesolesonline.co.uk to request a Freepost Return Label

2) Let us know 'WHY?' you are making the Return in your email

3) Check your Inbox, print the label and attach it to a box containing the item

4) Post it from the same country to which we delivered (otherwise it's not free)

5) Check your Inbox - we will confirm receipt and that your Return is processed

6) Wait up to 10 days - sorry but the banks sometimes need this amount of time

6) Check the credit card you used to purchase the item for our refund.

If you would like to exchange your flip flops for a different size, we will send you a new pair free of postage charge as soon as we process your return. 

Some rules:  We pay shipping costs for faulty items only.  For everything else, we refund the value of the item (not the original postage).  Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Our footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
